01 / Service plans

Plan Specs Mode Includes Price
Free 0.5 vCPU · 256 MiB Scales to zero 100K requests/mo, 5 GB egress $0 / mo

Free, Small, and Medium services scale to zero when idle. You only consume resources when serving requests. Large and XL stay always-on with no cold starts.

04 / Observability · included with your service plan

Service plan Included observability budget Approx investigations
Free Free observability tier ~50 quick triages + 5 deep investigations / mo
Small $5 / mo ~30 deep investigations
Medium $20 / mo Unlimited triage + ~120 deep investigations
Large $80 / mo Unlimited triage + ~500 deep investigations
XL $300 / mo Unlimited triage + ~2,000 deep investigations + Opus access

Misso picks the right model for the question. Routine triage uses Haiku (fastest, cheapest). Real investigations use Sonnet. We ask before escalating to Opus. Each investigation has a soft cap so a runaway agent loop can't eat your budget.

The wallet

For the variable bits.

A few things (heavy log volume, lots of traffic, big storage) change with how much your app actually does. Each plan comes with a budget for them. When it's used up, the variable extras pause. Your services keep running.

Step 01
Every plan includes a budget

$5 on Free, $10 on Pro, $15 per seat on Team. Applied automatically, nothing to set up.

Step 02
We deduct as you use

Watch the balance live in the dashboard. Always know what each app is costing you.

Step 03
Hit $0? Your apps don't stop.

Only the variable extras pause. Services and databases keep running on their flat monthly fee. Refills next month, or top up anytime.

On Free? Add a card to top up past the included $5. No upgrade, no subscription, just more budget.

FAQ

Questions, answered honestly.

A service package is a CPU + memory pairing, a request allowance, an egress allowance, and an included observability budget, all for one flat monthly fee. A database package is a fixed storage or memory size with persistence guarantees, also flat. You don't pay for the underlying VMs, autoscaling, load balancer, ingress, internal networking, or any of the other plumbing, that's all included.
Overage on requests and egress comes out of your wallet at clearly-published rates ($0.20 per million extra requests, $0.05 per extra GB egress). You'll see it in your dashboard, and if it happens consistently, Misso will suggest the next package size, which is almost always cheaper than paying overage.
Most routine triage runs on Haiku and costs cents. A typical Sonnet-driven investigation runs ~$0.40 to $1. Long, deep root-cause work that touches a lot of context can run a few dollars. Misso picks the right model for the question, and we ask before escalating to Opus. Each investigation has a configurable soft cap so a runaway agent loop can't drain your budget.
The variable bits stop, observability investigations pause, request overage stops being served (you'll get rate-limited responses for the remainder of the month, or until you top up). Your packaged services and databases keep running on their plan fees, because those are paid separately. Your data is never deleted.
Yes, your wallet is the hard limit. Top up the amount you're comfortable spending, and that's the maximum you can be charged for variable usage in a given period. Auto-recharge is opt-in, with its own cap. There's no hidden line item that can blow past it.
Free credits reset every month. Pro and Team credits roll over for one month, then expire. We did this so a low-usage month doesn't feel wasted, but we don't let credits stockpile indefinitely, because that just inflates the headline number without reflecting real value.
Yes. A single tenant can run, say, one Large service, three Small services, a Medium Postgres, and two Small Redis caches, whatever fits your architecture. The tier subscription gates how many of each you can run; the package fees price each one.
Anytime. Resizing a service package is instant, Misso rolls a new revision at the new size and shifts traffic. Resizing a database is online for upgrades and requires a brief maintenance window for downsizing. Billing prorates to the day.
Because those are the things that get worst-case-of-cloud-bill weird. We absorb them into the package price so the menu is the menu. The only things that vary are the things that should: requests served, data egressed, AI investigations run.
Yes, once you're past Team's footprint (25 services / 25 of each database, multi-seat RBAC, audit logs), talk to us. Enterprise gets dedicated infra, SSO, SOC 2 reports, custom SLAs, and procurement-friendly invoicing. Pricing is annual.
